My Experience With Breathwork
My first experience with Breathwork back in 2018 completely transformed my life. It was the catalyst that sprung me forward into a new way of thinking. I came into it with an open mind not knowing what to expect. The experience was life altering. Over the next few months I practiced Breathwork with facilitator weekly. I had experiences such as laughing, crying, screaming, leaving my body and letting out any stuck energies and emotions that were holding me back and controlling my life. I also felt relaxed, recharged, refreshed and lighter both physically and spiritually.
